How exciting! F&N is proud to bring to us, for the second time round, Singapore Dance Delight. Now aptly known as Singapore Dance Delight Vol.2 (duh~). hehe
Over 1000 youths gathered at *SCAPE yesterday for this event which celebrates youth and dance. Of course, they really are worth celebrating. After all, street dance is gaining popularity very very quickly here in Singapore, and all over the world. Well, I guess, in dance, there are no boundaries. No matter who you are or what you do, in dance, it is your time to shine.
And that's what more than 40 teams did! They took to the stage their brilliance and youthful energy, and the arena was bursting with adrenaline! Hailing from all walks of life, we saw teams all the way from Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia!
Really, you say? YES. That's because Singapore is the only South East Asian country to hold Dance Delight. It was inaugurated last year to pick its first representative to take part in Dance Delight, Japan, where the world's best come together to compete for the throne!
Only ONE team will be chosen to represent Singapore on the international arena at Dance Delight Vol. 18 in Osaka, Japan.
Our representatives from last year, Joyce and the Boys found it to be a tremendous honour and awe-inspiring experience to dance with the best in the world.
Talk about celebrating youth, F&N has really got it spot-on! This platform opens up many doors for the talented youth that we have in Singapore, and all over South East Asia, and I can't wait to cheer on our representing team on the World Stage! You go, guys!

It is a celebration of youth, after all! You'll find lots of contests that you can take part in, and gazillions of goodies to be given away!
AND, my most VITAL piece of information. If you want to watch the FINALS, it will
be held at Wave House Sentosa, 36 Siloso Beach Walk, Sentosa Island on March 12, 2011 at 7pm. Only one team will win the coveted chance to compete in Japan. Admission to the finals is by ticket only.
