Sadhu Thai Wellness

Conveniently located in the CBD, yet tucked away in a quiet little corner, is Sadhu, the place where I sought refuge from my aching muscles and fatigue.

One foot through the door and I was welcomed by a wave of peace and calm. It almost felt like I was transported to a different time and space.

The owner, Eddie, told me about Sadhu's background and even showed me their guestbook. They have tons of customers, locals, as well as tourists. And of course, many repeat customers. With such wonderful service, I'm not surprised at all.

Sadhu basically means elegance and excellence, which is what they strive to achieve with every customer. Without a doubt, they have succeeded. Their therapists are soft-spoken, and exude a kind of maternal gentleness. I was in good hands.

So, we started off with a body scrub. Each body scrub treatment lasts 45 minutes, and you can choose from metabolic polish with chocolate, harmony polish with rosebud petals or invigorating polish with ginseng. This hydrating body scrub will rejuvenate your skin and leave you glowing after.

As if that wasn't awesome enough, they popped me in the shower and back out for 90 minutes of bliss.

The Sadhu Traditional Deep Tissue Massage is deep muscle therapy, thai acupressure and Yoga stretching all rolled into one. Combined to treat pain, release muscular knots and increase circulation, this massage, together with therapeutic lemongrass essential massage oil cleanses blood and firms tissue.

This quiet place of repose really allowed me to relax, rejuvenate and renew my senses and prepare me for yet another busy week ahead!

I want more! There are various promotions going on, and this one is particularly enticing.
